About the client
Accenture is a global corporation headquartered in the USA, a leader in digital transformation, consulting, and business solutions. Their digital products and web presence demand top-tier quality — in design, performance, scalability, and user experience. This is a high-end client who doesn’t settle for less and expects a pixel-perfect approach at every step.
Task
Our team was engaged to work on a key segment of their website, as part of the broader "Let There Be Change" campaign. The task’s focus areas included:
- 1. 1. Complete UI/UX redesign of the targeted site section
- 2. Migration of a large amount of existing content from the old structure to the new system
- 3. Performance improvements – especially loading speed and responsiveness
- 4. SEO optimization and technical foundation for scalability
- 5. Monitoring and compliance with internal Accenture branding guidelines
Even though we weren’t working on the entire site, the responsibility and standards set were the same as for a flagship project.
Challenges
- 1. Content Complexity – The assigned segment had a huge number of subpages, components, and diverse content (text, images, video, interactive elements).
- 2. Maintaining SEO Value – Migrating content from the old system to the new one without losing indexing, page authority, and achieved SEO results.
- 3. Full Brand Compliance – Accenture has very precise and detailed branding guidelines that had to be implemented in every element.
- 4. Limited Backend Access – For security reasons, backend was closed and we had to find workaround solutions for some dynamic parts on the front-end.

Our solution
1. UI/UX Redesign
Based on the provided guidelines and previous audit material, we created a clean, modern, and functional design focused on readability, clarity of information, and accessibility across all devices.
Technologies used:
- - Tailwind CSS for exceptional control over design and performance
- - Components are modularly organized, with clear hierarchy and reusability
All old URLs were carefully mapped to the new structure to avoid 404 errors and losses in SERP rankings. We optimized:
- - Meta data, ALT tags, and semantic structure
- - Internal linking and HTML heading hierarchy
- - Core Web Vitals metrics
The following techniques were implemented to improve performance:
- - Lazy loading for all images and video content
- - Code splitting for faster loading of site parts
- - PurgeCSS in Tailwind for CSS file minimization
- - Mobile-first approach with detailed optimization for all breakpoints
Every element underwent a detailed pixel-perfect QA process. Result: zero client complaints.
Results
- 1. 🚀 +45% faster loading compared to the previous state
- 2. 📈 Visible SEO improvement within 3 weeks (more indexed pages, better CTR)
- 3. 🔍 100% compliance with Accenture design system
- 4. 📱 Full responsiveness on all devices and browsers
- 5. ✅ Client extremely satisfied with final deliveries, praised efficiency and precision level
Conclusion
Working on this segment of Accenture’s site was challenging but rewarding. We combined high aesthetic standards with technical complexity and delivered a product that not only looks top-notch but also performs at a high level. The project proves that even working on a smaller part of a site can deliver great results — when executed precisely, with knowledge and dedication.
