About the client

ALM Pellets is a manufacturer and distributor of pellets operating in the Serbian and regional markets, with a focus on product quality, delivery reliability, and long-term business relationships. Their operations cover the entire process – from production to distribution – supported by relevant certifications and clearly defined quality standards.

Before the start of the collaboration, ALM Pellets did not have a developed digital presence. Their online communication was limited to a basic Instagram profile, without a clear strategy, structure, or market visibility.

Challenge and objective

The main challenge was to build a complete digital identity from scratch that would accurately reflect the company’s professionalism and capacity, while also enabling the generation of new clients through online channels.
